    Co-founder and CEO

    Co-founded EquipmentShare after years of working at construction companies with his brother Willy. As the CEO, Jabbok focuses on market expansion and is directly involved in day-to-day operations, including GTM strategy, business analysis and the equipment rental processes.

    Co-founder and President

    Co-founded EquipmentShare after years of working at construction companies with his brother Jabbok. As the President, Willy leads the telematics division and oversees the Engineering, Robotics, Business Intelligence, and Data Science departments.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Trevor brings 28 years of progressive leadership experience at GE in operational, strategic and financial leadership roles. He held multiple divisional leadership positions, including CEO of GE Capital’s North American Leasing and Lending businesses. Trevor also serves on EquipmentShare’s Board of Directors.

    John Griffin

    Vice President & General Counsel

    John received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2006 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia in 2009. Prior to joining EquipmentShare in 2015, John was a partner at Griffin, Flink & Watson and before that, an associate at Bryan Cave LLP.

    Jennifer Helm

    Vice President, Corporate Controller

    Jennifer leads the corporate accounting function and is involved in all strategic growth initiatives as the company expands. She oversees EquipmentShare’s financial audits and ensures GAAP compliance. Jennifer previously served as the VP, Corporate Controller at Learfield IMG College. She is also a CPA.
